KiwiLock LLC
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Who we are
KiwiLock LLC ("KiwiLock," "we," "us") operates https://kiwilock.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our publisher dashboard, locked-link pages, and related services.
2. Information we collect
Account data: email, username, password (hashed by our auth provider), payout method details you save, and profile settings.
Usage data: locker views, device/browser signals, approximate country (when available from our host), referrers, task clicks, and conversion events from partner networks.
Technical data: IP address, user agent, cookies or similar IDs needed for sessions and anonymous visitor tracking on locker pages.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the Service, authenticate users, attribute clicks and conversions, calculate earnings, process payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve product performance and reliability.
4. Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us run the platform (for example hosting, database/auth, analytics, and email). When you or your visitors interact with third-party offers, those networks and advertisers receive information according to their own policies (such as click identifiers and completion signals).
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
5. Cookies and similar tech
We use cookies and local storage for login sessions, preferences, and anonymous visitor IDs on locker pages so unlock progress can work across visits. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if they are disabled.
6. Retention
We retain account, conversion, and payout records as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You may request account deletion by contacting support; some records may be retained where required.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to our Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service you understand that information may be transferred to those locations.
10. Your choices
You can update account details in Settings, request access or deletion where applicable by emailing support, and opt out of non-essential marketing emails if we send them.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
