These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://kiwilock.com and related services (the "Service") operated by KiwiLock LLC ("KiwiLock," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

KiwiLock provides tools for publishers to create locked links, present third-party offers or tasks to visitors, track completions, and request payouts of earned balances. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree to promote offers only in ways that comply with applicable laws, network rules, and our policies. You may not engage in fraud, incentivized fake conversions, bots, cloaking, trademark bidding where prohibited, malware, or misleading claims about offers or unlocks.

We may withhold, reverse, or claw back earnings tied to invalid or fraudulent traffic. Network reversals may reduce your balance after the fact.

Balances are calculated from recorded conversions and adjustments, not as an editable stored number. Amounts may sit in a pending hold period before becoming withdrawable. Minimum payout thresholds, methods, and processing times are shown in your dashboard and may change.

Payout requests are reviewed. We may delay, reject, or require additional verification before paying. You are responsible for providing accurate payout addresses and for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Locked links may require visitors to complete tasks or wait a short period before content is revealed. Task completion and payment verification are handled according to our systems and partner networks. We do not guarantee that every visitor will unlock content or that every offer will be available in every region.

The Service, branding, and software are owned by KiwiLock LLC or its licensors. You retain rights to your own locker destinations and content you supply, and grant us a license to host and display them as needed to operate the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular earnings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KiwiLock LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS WE PAID YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will indemnify and hold harmless KiwiLock LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your traffic, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
